HEATHROW - SEATTLE SERVICE CUT
Northwest Airlines is to terminate flights introduced earlier this year between Heathrow and Seattle. The service, run in joint venture with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as part of the US-EU open skies agreement, will be withdrawn from January 8. Passengers holding reservations will be offered alternate flights via Amsterdam or Minneapolis St. Paul, or receive a full refund.
