DOLCE CHANTILLY AWARDED FIRST MICHELIN STAR

It was announced today that Dolce International’s Chantilly property has been awarded a Michelin star. Le Carmontelle, Dolce Chantilly’s gourmet restaurant, has been merited for its quality of produce, mastery of flavour and the "personality" of its cuisine.

Dolce Chantilly’s achievement has been further celebrated as it is also one of the first times that a conference resort destination has received a much coveted Michelin star. Further underlining Dolce’s position as innovators in the meetings and events hospitality market.  

“Michelin’s endorsement of Dolce Chantilly is the ultimate recognition of our chef Alain Montigny’s continuous achievement of gastronomic excellence.  It testifies Dolce’s ongoing endeavor to raise standards in the meetings and events industry, as we pride ourselves in innovation and superior quality. We intend to continue leading the industry from the front” commented Philippe Attia, Senior Vice-President Operations Europe.
